o Assign and respond to incoming tickets.
o Assist students and employees with level 1 support issues.
o Move technology between buildings and rooms.
o Coordinate with custodial to clean rooms and equipment as it is relocated.
Minimum
Qualifications:
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to learn and adapt in a quickly changing environment.
o Ability to carry 25 lbs.
